Our Vision: For generations of Africans to be healthy and fit.

Our Mission: Empowering African communities to enjoy a healthy, high quality life through education, inspiration, workshops and programs.

Work With Your Body (WWYB) strongly believes if you change a woman’s health, a ripple effect occurs where her family’s health improves, the community’s health improves and eventually the generations health. WHY? Because women multiply what they have so if something works, a women will talk about it and spread it.

WWYB, helps women to work with their bodies by nourishing it with foods that promote optimal health in combination with frequent movement. This not only improves their health but it improves the quality of their lives, which positively impacts their community.

WWYB believes in educating and inspiring women on sustainable ways to improve their health. Our workshops, bootcamps, and every single service we provide is geared towards our vision.

Our bodies are here to carry us through life not work against us. It constantly strives for balance so it can keep us alive but when there is an imbalance, our bodies fight hard to remediate that. If we could only listen to it, give it whole, seasonal, and diverse foods that would make its job easier and keep it moving and have us radiating from the inside out.
